In this non-clinical role, you will be the heartbeat of the hospital, connecting with clients and collaborating with our veterinarians, technicians, and assistants to ensure a seamless experience for pet owners. Your responsibilities will include checking clients in and out, answering phones professionally, accurately scheduling appointments, maintaining high standards of patient and client care, and processing payments. It's essential that you bring at least a year of experience in veterinary medicine to the table, combined with superior customer service skills, a friendly demeanor, and excellent organizational abilities. We value attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills as you juggle various tasks in a fast-paced environment.
