Manager, Customer Analytics and Insights

SanMar is looking for a Manager of Customer Insights and Analytics to lead the Analytics team in delivering data-driven insights that inform business decisions across segments, channels, and initiatives.

Skills

Strong SQL skills for data querying.
Experience with statistical modeling techniques.
Ability to manage multiple projects and processes.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Responsibilities

Lead cross-functional projects to generate insights that guide strategic decisions.
Design and execute market research projects and predictive models.
Create and maintain reporting systems and dashboards.
Manage team and ensure quality deliverables.
Analyze and communicate results to stakeholders.

Education

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
