SAP Process Analyst

We are looking for someone with experience in the areas of order handling.

What you will accomplish together with us

• Support the Business Processes and Improvements Order to Cash team within the implementation of processes during international projects or business improvement initiatives

• Interact with Business Process Professionals Order to Cash and dedicated local key users

• Prepare change requests and collect needed information as a first step for further evaluation

• Perform dedicated process improvement methods within the team

• Support in creation of documentation and assist training of end users

• Perform defined test cases and use the solution manager for status tracking

• Support local business in process performing and using of reporting tools viewing process performance

• Communicate changes and release notes as defined to ensure global networking and information sharing

• Ensure reliable ticket handling, evaluate ticket content and provide possible solution with other Business Process Professional Order to Cash

What will convince us

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline or relevant work experience (3+ years) in a Process Improvement role preferably in order to cash

• Experience in order handling required

• First experiences in usage of business process engineering tools and methods, IT literate

• Ability to support projects within international teams, good intercultural skills and first experiences in project management

• General knowledge of processes Order to Cash and dedicated SAP application

• Able to prepare and present content within workshops and using administration tools like minutes, activity lists, action tracker etc.

• Communicative and proactive working style, considering time schedules

• Flexible and willingness to travel
