You'll oversee the UX design strategy and execution across all aspects of user engagement. You'll manage collaboration between your team and cross-functional partners to conceptualize and create intuitive, user-centric onboarding experiences that set a high standard for user engagement and satisfaction. Your role extends to guiding the UX strategy for educational content, ensuring consistency and clarity in all learning materials. Leveraging your team's expertise in UX/UI design principles, interaction design, and user-centered design, you’ll drive the elevation of usability and accessibility in our products' learning journeys, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable user experience.What you bring:You bring extensive experience in UX/UI design leadership, with a robust portfolio demonstrating your team's proficiency in creating impactful and user-friendly interfaces. SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is 185100 - 403800 USD. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
