You will:
Prioritize and troubleshoot complex technical issues delivering exceptional solutions to our clients.
Serve as a pivotal source of expertise on the Sardine Risk and Compliance products, APIs, SDKs, underlying web-stack technologies, and industry best practices.
Proactively implement and deploy changes to enhance the customer experience and address their evolving needs.
Create comprehensive documentation that empowers both our team and clients to achieve greater success.
An ideal candidate has:
A minimum of 4 years of experience in a fast-paced technical role, demonstrating a proven track record of delivering results.
A Computer Science degree or relevant experience as a software engineer showcasing your depth of technical expertise.
Strong comprehension of software development principles and expertise in web technologies.
Proficiency in hands-on coding, allowing you to understand and address technical challenges effectively.
Working knowledge of SQL and APIs, enabling you to navigate data structures and facilitate seamless integrations.
Exceptional analytical skills, enabling you to discern patterns and anomalies from live data and logs, contributing to swift issue resolution.
Outstanding communication skills, both in technical and non-technical contexts.
Willingness to travel 25% of the time to other European countries to support customer golive events
Compensation: Base pay range of $80,000 - $100,000 + Series B equity with tremendous upside potential + Attractive benefits
