Role Overview
As part of the Compensation & Benefits Team, you will play an important role in the development and implementation of rewards programs within our group, to ensure that the company's offer remains competitive and aligned with industry standards while supporting employee engagement and retention. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who is looking to expand their expertise in the area of compensation, benefits, and HR analytics, but who is also willing to pursue some activities and projects on their own.
Your mission:
Compensation Analysis. Conduct regular market research and benchmarking to ensure the competitiveness of Satispay’s offer. Support the analysis of internal salary structures and recommend adjustments to align with business goals. Monitor industry trends and best practices to provide insights and recommendations.
Compensation Processes. Support all the key annual compensation processes, including the salary review and the job leveling, ensuring alignment with market benchmarks and internal structures. Manage the administration and communication of the stock option plan. Be the first point of contact for employees to ensure clarity and understanding across the whole organization.
Benefits Administration. Support the administration of health, welfare, retirement plans, and other employee benefits. Working with vendors and service providers to optimize cost-effectiveness and service delivery. Provide employees with guidance and resources for a clear understanding of benefit offers.
Data Analytics. Manage and maintain the internal HR analytics dashboard, ensuring accurate and up-to-date data is available for decision-making. Regularly update key metrics related to compensation, benefits, and workforce trends. Deliver dedicated analysis to internal stakeholders.
Your ideal profile:
Relevant background. Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Statistics & Economics Science, HR Management or related field. 2-3 years of experience in compensation and benefits management (at an international level is a plus).
Analytical skills. Excellent analytical and data interpretation skills. Advanced Knowledge of Microsoft Office (excel in particular).
Technical knowledge. Understanding of labor market trends, salary structures, and benefits administration.
Language proficiency. Good knowledge of Italian and English, both written and spoken.
