Il tuo ruolo
Come Inside Sales Welfare, sarai tra le prime persone a unirti al nostro nuovo team a Napoli. Ti aspetta un’avventura entusiasmante: guidato da un Business Development Manager, contribuirai ad ampliare il nostro network, aiutandoci a portare il nostro servizio di welfare aziendale a piccole e medie imprese.

La tua missione:

  • Sviluppo di nuovi clienti (B2B). Contatterai aziende targettizzate tramite chiamate a freddo per presentare il servizio e convertirle in nuovi clienti.

  • Gestione completa del ciclo di acquisizione. Seguirai ogni fase, dal primo contatto fino al primo ordine, usando telefono, videochiamate ed email.

  • Gestione delle trattative. Tratterai con figure chiave delle aziende (come titolari, responsabili HR, amministrativi o acquisti) per chiudere l’accordo nel minor tempo possibile, idealmente entro 2-3 settimane.

  • Uso del CRM. Organizzerai e aggiornerai le attivitĂ  nel CRM Hubspot, mantenendo tutto in linea con gli standard di compliance richiesti.

Il tuo profilo ideale:

  • Esperienza B2B. Hai almeno 2 anni di esperienza nella vendita di servizi o prodotti B2B (vendita di prodotti alle aziende).

  • AbilitĂ  di negoziazione. Sai gestire trattative con gli imprenditori e i responsabili di aziende di piccole e medie dimensioni, mantenendo sicurezza e professionalitĂ .

  • Comunicazione efficace. Riesci a comunicare in modo chiaro, strutturato e persuasivo, adattandoti facilmente al tuo interlocutore.

  • Doti relazionali. Sai creare fiducia e costruire rapporti positivi con diversi interlocutori.

  • CapacitĂ  persuasive. Ti senti a tuo agio nell'ingaggiare nuovi clienti tramite chiamate e videochiamate, mostrando sicurezza e convinzione.

  • Orientamento ai risultati. Ti motivano obiettivi chiari e ambiziosi, e non solo li raggiungi, ma punti sempre a superarli. Ti piace alzare l’asticella e puntare in alto.

  • Passione per il new business. Preferisci di gran lunga cercare e acquisire nuovi clienti rispetto a gestire quelli giĂ  acquisiti.
