POSITION DESCRIPTION We are looking for a Business Development Representative to join our growing team! You will seek new business opportunities by contacting and developing relationships with potential customers. If you are motivated, results-driven, and want to learn the ropes of enterprise sales, we want to talk with you. As a BDR, you will identify potential customers, generate new business opportunities, and manage leads through the sales pipeline. You will work closely with the sales team to meet our company's goals. We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a proven track record of sales success. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES• Ensuring weekly, monthly, and quarterly targets are achieved• Responsible for fielding all inbound leads and prospecting contacts from a given set of accounts• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date Salesforce data for your meetings, events, accounts, and opportunities, providing reliable information to Account Executives and management• Staying abreast of competitive intelligence and providing feedback to management• Performing other related duties as assigned• Must possess superior written and verbal communication skills for cold calling and emailing prospect• Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market through various sourcing methods• Contact and qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities• Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services• Build long-term trusting relationships with clients• Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) clients and Account Executives• Stay up-to-date with new products/services and new pricing/payment plansUse customer relationship management (CRM) software to manage leads and sales activities Stay up-to-date on market trends, competition, and industry developmentsSKILLS & EXPERIENCE• 1+ years of experience in sales or client-facing role• Excellent communication and negotiation skills• Strong verbal and written communication skills• Ability to build and maintain relationships with potential clients• Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills• Time management and organizational skills• Ability to work independently and as part of a team• Flexibility and adaptability to change• A desire to learn and grow in the sales field• Experience with Salesforce, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn is optional but encouraged• Foreign language experience is optional but encouragedBenefits:• 100% fully paid medical, vision, and dental for employees and their dependents• Generous time off; we observe all US federal holidays, close our office for a winter break (12/24-12/31), in addition to granting 18 PTO days and 10 sick days• Outstanding compensation package; competitive commissions for revenue roles and quarterly bonuses for non-revenue positions• A strong commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion• Eligibility to participate in additional benefits such as 401k match up to 5%, 100% paid life insurance (up to $100,000 coverage),, and parental leave• A collaborative and positive culture - your team will be as smart and driven as you• Limitless growth and learning opportunities Sayari is an equal opportunity employer and strongly encourages diverse candidates to apply. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including location, local market variances, candidate experience and expertise, internal peer equity, and may vary from the amounts listed above
