Financial Controller

Role Overview
We are looking for a Financial Controller that will manage our financial operations on a global scale. You will be responsible for ensuring accurate financial reporting, maintaining compliance with international regulations, and supporting our growth through sound financial management. The main challenge of this role will be integrating financial processes across different regions while maintaining efficiency and accuracy. Your expertise will be crucial in shaping our financial strategy and ensuring our international operations run smoothly.

Responsibilities:

  • Run global financial reporting and ensure accuracy in multi-currency consolidation

  • Ensure compliance with international accounting standards and local regulations

  • Manage month-end and year-end close processes for international entities

  • Collaborate with regional teams to implement and maintain financial controls and procedures

  • Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts for global operations

  • Coordinate with external auditors and tax advisors across different jurisdictions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial management, with a focus on international operations

  • Strong knowledge of international accounting standards (IFRS) and multi-currency consolidation

  • Experience in a tech startup environment is a plus

  • Advanced Excel skills

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work across different cultures and time zones
