You will work among colleagues with very diverse personal and professional experiences, united by a vision of a better world.Role missionSupport the Sustainability & Customer Satisfaction & Quality communications efforts, both internally and externally, as a significant contributor to the company's, team's, and leaders' objectives. Additionally, aid the Employee & Leadership Communication team in delivering quality content and communication assets for high impact communication across all internal audiences,The role operates within the Employee and Leadership Communications team, reporting to the Head of Employee & Leadership Communications and closely partnering with the Sustainability & Customer Satisfaction & Quality Executive Communications Leader on the Sustainability and CS&Q topics, as well as other key stakeholders across the organization.Location and commitment• Full -time job• We welcome applications from individuals residing in European countries• Hybrid model.Your IMPACT:Support communications for the Sustainability and Customer Satisfaction & Quality organizations , working in partnership with senior communications leaders for both offices .• Define, develop and execute the Strategic Communication Plans for CSQ for key events such as Quality Week, Customer Experience Day, CSQ Open Lines etc, aligning these with global business priorities and ensuring strong engagement.• Work in close partnership with campaign managers, content management & creative teams to effectively implement the communication strategies for CSQ & Sustainability• Ensure alignment in content and audience segmentation to address the needs of diverse audience.• Manage the editorial calendar, refining content propositions to ensure relevance and alignment to strategic goals• Foster collaboration with cross functional teams including software, sustainability and global supply chain communications leads to align and enhance communications plans• Ensure coherence across internal communication platforms to ensure clarity in understanding of CSQ function, alignment with the company's Trust charter and overall business objectives• Manage all internal employee communications to raise awareness & adoption of available tools and resources to enhance quality and customer insights• Facilitate the effective communication & cascade of different initiatives across Sustainability & CSQ across the respective teams & communities.• Review communications for the different communities to ensure adherence to brand guidelines, and EVP.• Assist and supports the Employee and Leadership communications team as and well required.Your Profile:• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Marketing, Communications, or related disciplines• Experience across different roles with diverse exposure in a matrix organization• Experience in Communications / MarketingLanguage requirements: Highly proficient in spoken and written EnglishSkills:• Ability to effectively interact at all levels of the organization from senior level executives to extended teams, leading by influence in a matrix organization.• Excellent communications skills, internal & external ideally• Strong influencing and presentation skills with the ability to conceptualize, structure, write, and present compelling stories for a wide range of audiences.• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, highly inclusive, strong collaborator and team player who operates well in a team of teams.• Openness and flexibility to work in a global team, with multiple stakeholders across time zones.• At ease with the use, planning and tracking of digital and social media tools and tactics• Strong project management skills and ability to work accurately under tight and moving deadlines• Strong business acumen• Curious, ambitious and eager to learn.What we offer ?• EXCITING JOB in an international company, which is leading the Digital Transformation of Energy Management and Automation, with significant market share ,• DEVELOPMENT - the opportunity to gain valuable work experience in a supportive team of professionals,• ONBOARDING TRANINGS to help you find your way in our company,• WIDE CHOICE OF BENEFITS - private medical care, life insurance, sports card, performance bonus, benefits cafeteria with the possibility to exchange points for selected products or services,• BENEFITS FOR EMPLOYEES' CHILDREN from the company's social fund,• ADDITIONAL FAMILY LEAVE - for the birth of a child or adoption, to care for a family member or for bereavement ( additional leave beyond the terms of labour law),• PROJECT WORK OPPORTUNITY ( e.g. ambassador programme , mentoring, digitisation projects),• DI VERSE TEAM - working in a diverse team and the opportunity to use foreign languages in your daily work,• ACCESS TO TRAINING PLATFORM - training tailored to your needs and career goals,• RECOGNITION - points that can be exchanged for various products and services,• PARTICIPATION IN CSR or SUSTAINABILITY PROJECTS - 1 fully paid volunteer day per year,• EMPLOYEE RE FERRAL PROGRAM - have a say in who you work with and get an attractive financial bonus ,• NO FORMAL DRESS CODE - we welcome people as they are and see diversity as a value to the company.Let us learn about you!
