Overview:
We're currently looking for an experienced Sales and Customer Success Specialist to advance our mission to enable everyone, everywhere to easily capture, share and experience video content. This position will be fully remote. We take pride in providing superior experiences and engaging our customers throughout the world. At ScreenPal, we strive to deliver video creation tools and services that are easy and fun to use, and our sales and success team is critical to realizing that mission.
About You
You are comfortable working with SaaS software and eCommerce tools. You are comfortable working directly with customers using multiple channels such as email, chat and web conferencing. You can lead a presentation for training and learning professionals, as well as internal leadership and team members to get stuff done. You love to roll up your sleeves to help the team succeed and are motivated to hit sales and account engagement numbers. Experienced in working across teams with marketing, community and support. You don't work "in a box" and are not afraid to step in to help wherever needed.
Responsibilities:
- Become a subject matter expert on ScreenPal solutions.
- Coordinate inbound sales quotes, customer pricing, and demo requests.
- Deliver account provisioning and onboarding, including training, for new and renewing customers.
- Conduct customer demos and advise customers on maximizing the value of ScreenPal.
- Work the account for the entire sales and renewal cycle.
- Process qualified leads through tools and assist leadership with lead generation campaigns.
- Execute the Customer Success Playbook to drive customer engagement and satisfaction.
- Review and identify proactive customer risk prior to renewal to lead mitigation processes for retaining customers and avoiding churn.
- Attend trade shows to work with other team members and ensure successful setup and demonstration of ScreenPal products.
- Provide recommendations to the Director of Sales and Customer Success and other leadership about ways to improve daily workflows and processes for sales and success management.
- Work with ScreenPal leadership to create and manage documentation and training materials for both internal staff as well as customers.
- Provide support for customer operations, drive quality control customer accounts and billing, and manage account changes.
- Collaborate with internal teams to inform product roadmaps with customer insights and evolving market demands.
- Work with the Director of Sales and Customer Success to maintain monthly reports, including campaign and sales reports.
- At least 2.5+ years of experience in B2B and/or B2C SaaS sales / customer success.
- Experience demonstrating and selling e-learning tools, especially video based.
- Must be adept at managing and tracking active sales pipeline and account renewals simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong, trustful relationships with colleagues and customers.
- Must have perfect English proficiency in both speaking and writing.
- Possess a winning attitude with a focus on results and professionalism.
- Bachelor’s Degree - technology or business degrees preferred.
Good to Have:
- Experience with both customer success and sales in B2B and B2C SaaS.
- Understanding of the education and training markets.
- Passion for utilizing video in learning and communication.
- Experience using tools like Apollo.io, CRM, Zoho, email tracking, email campaign software.
- A collaborative and flexible team player.
- A self-starter who can juggle multiple priorities at the same time.
- Fun with a sense of humor.
- $65k-$80k/year base salary with a variable commission up to 20% for this remote hire position. Total compensation to be determined by work location, experience, and relevant education. Variable commission determined by meeting individual quota.
