The Role


We’re seeking a self-motivated and result-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our dynamic sales team. The SDR will play a pivotal role in identifying and qualifying potential leads for our sales pipeline. As an SDR, you’ll be responsible for conducting outreach, initiating conversations, and nurturing relationships with potential customers.


Responsibilities


  • Conduct research on persona and accounts level to initiate conversations with the ideal buyer personas within identified customer profiles in North America.
  • Generate curiosity & interest in Sprinto through various channels including cold calls, emails, and social touches daily.
  • Qualify leads by engaging in meaningful conversations, understanding their needs, and identifying pain points that our solution can address.
  • Set up preliminary meetings and demos for the sales team by effectively communicating the value proposition & benefits of our offerings.
  • Maintain accurate & up-to-date records of lead interactions and data in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align outreach strategies and ensure a seamless lead hand-off process.
  • Stay updated on the industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape to tailor outreach messages effectively. 
  • Achieve weekly/monthly quota for lead generation and qualified opportunities.


Requirements


  • BA/BS degree in business, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven track record in outbound prospecting, lead generation, or sales development, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written & verbal, with the ability to engage and build rapport over the phone, and through written communication.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks & prospects.
  • Great listening skills and a desire to learn proper consultative selling techniques
  • Must be independent, self-motivated, and success-driven, yet willing to work within a team environment
  • Ability to quickly learn and apply new information in customer-facing scenarios
  • Confidence to overcome objections and convert interest into qualified leads
  • Knowledge of email marketing software or other SAAS or CRM systems is a plus
