The job starts in early August until end of October/November. 1st shift hours are 5:00 am to 1:30 pm. No weekend work unless behind on production. $18.00 hourly. Duties:

Duties are as follows but not limited to:

• Folding boxes, putting in summer sausage links, crackers, and mustard dipping sauce along with putting on labels and packaging.

Position Requirements:

• Must be able to stand through the duration of your shift.
• Must be able to lift, push, pull, up to 40-50 pounds.
• Must be able to bend, twist, stoop, reach above shoulders as needed for day to day responsibilities.
• Must have good hand and eye coordination.
• Must be able to work OT as needed based on production.

The hourly rate for this position is anticipated to range between $18.00 - $18.00 per hour. This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the qualifications necessary for the position, including but not limited to experience, training, and other considerations permitted by law. Factors that may be used when making an offer may include a candidate's skills and experience, the expected quality and quantity of work, and internal pay alignment, as needed. Most candidates will start in the bottom half of the pay range. The upper end of the range will generally be reserved for candidates with extensive skills and experience. An employee's pay history will not be a contributing factor where prohibited by local law.
