Shifts: 1st Shift, 2nd Shift, 3rd Shift.

Employment Types: Full Time, Long Term.

Pay Rate: $17.75 - $18.05 / hour

Duties:

• Operating a range of molding presses and machinery for the production of rubber molded sealing products within the assigned value stream.
• Manufacturing and inspecting products for compliance against acceptance criteria.
• Handling, inspecting, moving, and packaging pieces and parts by hand, conveyor or by using hand-truck.
• Inspecting and identifing process, material or Machine Operator equipment problems.
• Reading and interfacing with tools and mechanical equipment.
• Reporting equipment malfunctions, personal injuries and unsafe conditions.
• Following Quality Management System requirements as outlined in work instructions; suggest ways for continual improvement.
• Maintaining clean and orderly work area.

Position Requirements:

• Must be able to stand for shift duration (8 or 10 hours).
• Manual dexterity.
• Regularly required to reach, bend and stoop for objects.
• Perform repetitive movements with arms and hands while upright.
• Must be able to read, speak, and comprehend English. We participate in E-verify.

The hourly rate for this position is anticipated to range between $17.75 - $18.05 per hour. This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the qualifications necessary for the position, including but not limited to experience, training, and other considerations permitted by law. Factors that may be used when making an offer may include a candidate's skills and experience, the expected quality and quantity of work, and internal pay alignment, as needed. Most candidates will start in the bottom half of the pay range. The upper end of the range will generally be reserved for candidates with extensive skills and experience. An employee's pay history will not be a contributing factor where prohibited by local law.
