Compensation:



Hiring Salary Range Posted: $22.30- $22.30



Actual compensation paid within the range will be determined by factors such as the education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.


Summary



Under immediate supervision, performs routine but varied clerical duties to support the Human Resources department in accordance with standard procedures.


Essential Functions

  • Photocopies, compiles records, files, posts information and distributes mail.
  • Answers telephones and routes calls appropriately or takes a message.
  • Organizes and maintains department file system, files correspondence and other records.
  • Reviews resumes and prepares them for HR Assistant review.
  • Provides assistance with seasonal hiring phone screens.
  • Handles walk-in applicant inquiries.
  • Becomes familiar with and assists with re-hire orientation process, including the completion of all HR forms.
  • Maintains satisfactory attendance, to include timeliness.
  • Responsible for understanding and complying with applicable quality, environmental and safety regulatory considerations.

Minimum Qualifications


  • High school diploma or State-issued equivalency certificate.
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English
  • Previous administrative or general office experience required.
  • Required to be at least 18 years of age.
  • Required to comply with company GMP and Safety Policies.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Word at a basic level.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Uses discretion in dealing with confidential information.
  • Skilled in reading, comprehending, interpreting and executing simple instructions, short correspondence and memos.
  • Skilled in writing simple correspondence.
  • Skilled in adding, subtracting, multiplying and dividing using whole number.
  • Required to travel to company offices, sites, and/or meeting locations for onboarding, training, meetings, and events for development, department needs, and business delivery up to 5% of the time, with or without reasonable accommodation. This may be in addition to travel requirements, if applicable, as listed in this job description.

  • Intermediate skill in the use of Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong verbal, organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience working in a team-oriented atmosphere.
