As a UX Design Intern at SeatGeek, you'll be immersed in a variety of hands-on responsibilities. You’ll dive deep into understanding user needs and motivations, collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, participate actively in design reviews, and help deliver intuitive user experiences that drive business value. Your role will help ensure that our platform truly resonates with the fans and businesses we serve.

The UX Design Internship at SeatGeek follows a hybrid work model where you’ll be expected to be on-site at our NYC office at least three days a week. This setup allows you to collaborate face-to-face while also offering flexibility to work remotely. You'll enjoy engaging with coworkers in a lively office environment while having the freedom to work from home during the week.

During your internship at SeatGeek, your performance will be evaluated through regular check-ins and feedback sessions with your mentor and the UX team. User-centered design is all about putting the needs, wants, and limitations of end-users at the forefront of the design process. As a UX Design Intern at SeatGeek, you'll be expected to gather insights from users, observe their behaviors, and synthesize this information into meaningful design choices that enhance overall user experience.
