We’re B-Corp certified with an amazing product-market fit, impressive early traction and the potential to transform an outdated industry, for the better. We've been growing fast and will scale even faster over the next few years.
We’re also proud to be part of Octopus, the £multi billion group that's on a mission to breathe new life into broken industries, through companies like Octopus Energy, Octopus Investments and Octopus Money.
Check out the Seccl website for the latest on our products and our mission to shape the future of investments.
The launch team is a group of onboarding and implementation specialists with a deep understanding of Seccl’s technology & operations, as well as the broader wealth landscape.
They excel at using Seccl’s platform to launch new propositions and collaborate with firms to create innovative solutions and provide strategic guidance. Their contribution extends to helping achieve revenue and pipeline goals through delivery of onboarding & migration projects, offering insights on go-to-market plans, and collaborating closely with the wider commercial team to deliver on firm and business objectives.
As a senior manager in our launch team, you’ll be owning the onboarding, launch, and migration of enterprise firms across our target segments. We're looking for someone with experience in financial services or a passion for the wealth/investments landscape. If you’re excited about helping more people invest, driving change and innovation, and diving head-first into the unknown; if you see setbacks as fuel for growth and development; and if you believe that laser-focussed effort is the key to making things happen – then this is the role for you.
Client relationship management: build strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and commercial objectives, and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle.

Problem solving: identifying root causes of business challenges, developing creative solutions, and presenting recommendations.
Market expertise: staying updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices within the investment and wealth tech space.
Technical expertise: serve as the subject matter expert on our product and API to support integrations and process definition.
Client enablement: partner with sales and account management to drive opportunities for our onboarding and existing customers, leading solution strategy and laying the groundwork for successful implementations.
Migration delivery: drive the planning, coordination, and seamless execution of large-scale migrations, working cross-functionality with operations, product, and engineering teams to delivery of commercial objectives.
Knowledge scaling: create and share best practices, reusable assets, and training materials to enhance go-to-market efficiency, supporting the launch and wider commercial teams.
Sales support: represent technical, launch, and migration aspects in sales conversations, identify potential blockers and propose solutions.
