As an Enterprise Renewal Manager at Secure Code Warrior, you will be responsible for driving positive outcomes for key business metrics, including renewal rates, growth rates, total contract value, and churn rate. You will leverage your experience to increase renewal rates and grow our customer base. Additionally, you will work to decrease churn rate by mitigating risk and ensuring exceptional customer experiences, resolving any issues that arise.
