Security Program Manager

Here at Relativity, we put security first. With constant shifts in the security space, we need a Program Manager to continuously adapt to those changes and who is excited to guide our organization in delivering security initiatives and products that affect our organization and our users.

As a Security Program Manager, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of our security initiatives, formalize security strategy, and work cross-functionally to gather insights, conduct research, and carry project through the execution cycle to best position Relativity as a DevSecOps leader.

Role Responsibilities

  • Work cross-functionally to analyze complex systems and architect solutions in collaboration with stakeholders in Security, Engineering, IT, Product, and Support.
  • Learn, and push for adoption of relevant new technologies, tools, methods, and processes.
  • Coordinate, manage and deliver on cross functional projects.
  • Organize security strategy and tactical gatherings, draft and finalize quarterly security review deliverables.
  • Engage in customer calls and pre-sales discussions to better understand the security needs of our clients.
  • Define, manage, and communicate security strategy and Objective Key Results (OKRs). Set short-term and long-term strategies for the Relativity Security team.
  • Run the security program meetings tracking progress on Objective Key Results (OKRs)
  • Be self-driven and understand complex technologies and customer (internal and external) user cases to identify insights to drive change in the security program.
  • Lead innovation by employing a security engineering mindset.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in a Software or Security organization as a Project Lead, Project Manager, Program Manager, Product Manager or a related role.
  • Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science or a related field
  • Demonstrate understanding of software design, and project management fundamentals for security, software, and customer experience.
  • Understanding of articulating business and customer needs with awareness of current security trends

Minimum Qualifications

  • 1+ years of experience managing technical projects, managing large cross functional projects, and building sustainable processes.
  • 1+ years of experience in change control management or designing micro service software architecture.
  • Capability to independently manage the prioritization of complex security issues.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Compensation

  • Relativity is committed to competitive, fair and equitable compensation practices.

  • This position is eligible for total compensation which includes a competitive base salary, annual performance bonus target of 10%, and long-term incentives. The expected salary range for this role is between $115,000 and $155,000. The final offered salary will be based on several factors, including but not limited to the candidate’s depth of experience, skill set, qualifications, and internal pay equity. Hiring at the top end of the range would not be typical, to allow for future meaningful salary growth in this position.
