Responsibilities
- Identify and research target accounts within the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP)
- Drive outbound contact with prospects via cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels
- Build tailored outbound cadences and analyze effectiveness of outreach
- Maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified leads based on technical alignment
- Conduct discovery and demo calls to understand prospect pain points
- Proactively manage data entry in all CRMs and systems
- Collaborate with Sales, CS, Marketing, and Product
