Senior Business Development Representative (BDR)

Seldon is a key player in the MLOps space, assisting businesses in managing real-time machine learning deployment with a focus on team unity and individual growth.

Skills

  • Proven experience in prospecting for technical products
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Attention to detail and time management
  • Ability to understand complex technical products
  • Coachable and goal-oriented

Responsibilities

  • Identify and research target accounts within the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP)
  • Drive outbound contact with prospects via cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels
  • Build tailored outbound cadences and analyze effectiveness of outreach
  • Maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified leads based on technical alignment
  • Conduct discovery and demo calls to understand prospect pain points
  • Proactively manage data entry in all CRMs and systems
  • Collaborate with Sales, CS, Marketing, and Product
