What the role is

The B2B Sales Agent will fully support, from administrative, customer service, and sale lead development perspectives, the Sales team to develop future and repeat business. In addition, will promote sales to achieve budgets in accommodations, F&B, T&T, and Co Work.

Your responsibilities are (not limited to):

  • Identify new contacts, develop sales leads, and respond to sales opportunities to maximize revenue.
  • Understand fully the locations and country services, packages and promotions.
  • Generate and develop sales leads and contact potential clients to build business relationships.
  • Produce quotations and written confirmation to all clients.
  • Produce accurate and timely reports that meet the needs of the Sales Director and senior management to include the reporting of appointments, calls made and business leads.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction regularly and resolve any outstanding issues to ensure future business.
  • Arrange and carry out Hotel show rounds/visits
  • Handles daily correspondence. Responds to inquiries and makes reservations as needed.
  • To guide clients in order to convert sales opportunities. 
  • Support Sales with Backoffice processes and activities (individual and groups).
  • Market research to generate new leads. 
  • Achieve sales goals based on a weekly budget.
  • Prepare letters of confirmation and contracts for travel agencies and groups.
  • Sell packages for all locations.
  • Communicate reservation and groups information (details, payment, etc) to the front desk and operations team.
  • Processes cancellations and modifications and promptly relays this information to the front desk.
  • Processes and monitors advance deposits on reservations.
  • Makes sure that files and CRM are kept up to date.
  • Maintains a clean and neat appearance and work area at all times. 
  • Responsible of collecting or charging reservations when it is needed (payment process).
  • Getting information about areas of interest in order to target more clients in special seasons.
  • Making arrangements for clients travel programs.
  • 2 years of experience in sales or hospitality industry
  • Excellent attention to small details
  • Intermediate-advanced Excel and Powerpoint Skills and other presentations tools
  • Passionate about challenges
  • Customer Service skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • English and local language advanced
