What we are looking for:
Semperis is seeking an experienced Services Engagement Manager to join our team!
As a Services Engagement Manager at Semperis, you will be an essential member of our Professional Services team.
Responsibilities:
Project Management - Assist with managing all aspects of Professional Services
engagements including engagement logistics, assumptions and pre-requisites for
both the client and Semperis consultants to define clear understanding of project
goals, objectives and scope to ensure delivery.
Risk Management – Identify, assess and mitigate project risks & developing
contingency plans
Budget – Monitor hours and any costs associated with the engagements and
match to initial budget amounts.
Task Assignment – Assign Project tasks and responsibilities to the team
members ensuring clear understanding on expectations
Project Planning & Progress Monitoring - Regularly review project progress,
identify potential issues, and develop corrective actions to ensure timely and within-
budget delivery.
Quality Assurance - Ensure projects meet quality standards and that all tasks
and deliverables have been completed.
Communication – Engage with clients, team members, and other
stakeholders to ensure project goals are aligned with business objectives and
expectations are managed.
What you will bring to the table:
PMP Preferred but not required
8+ years of experience in a cybersecurity, Saas environment services oriented organization
Consulting firm experience a plus
Eastern time zone preferred
Knowledge of PSA tools such as Certinia
Experience building services practice
Strong organizational skills as project management will be the highest priority
Extensive client facing experience with Large Enterprise global customers
