Provide subject manager expertise for projects around the continental United States. Apply standard methodologies for developer; landlord; expeditor; engineer and architect coordination and submissions.What you’ll do• Deliver outstanding client service through expertise, effective communication, and relationship management.• Leverage technical expertise in retail development to guide successful project delivery from inception to full permit authorization and utility provisioning.• Areas of involvement include lease negotiations; zoning; land use, environmental entitlement, and permit applications as well as utility coordination and acquisition.• Develop new processes, playbooks, and responsibility details for all internal and external (landlords, developers; owner’s consultants (expeditor, architect, civil engineers, etc.)) participants.• Assist with Consultant Assignments. The minimum salary for this Program Consultant position is $125,000 annually and the maximum salary for this position is $135,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE’s applicable benefit program.
