RiskRecon is a high growth SaaS organization. We are focused on enabling organizations to dramatically improve their third-party risk management programs. Our automated solution produces analyst-quality, risk-prioritized action plans that enable efficient prioritization of third-party security risks and constructive collaboration with vendors.

In the past 10 to 15 years the entire IT application and outsourcing landscape has changed for most organizations as they shift from on premises software to the "cloud first" strategies. This transformation means that organizations increasingly rely on third-party vendors to protect and secure their sensitive systems and data. Yet these same organizations still rely on manual, once-a-year security questionnaires to evaluate the quality of each vendor's security practices.

RiskRecon is part of the Mastercard Cyber and Intelligence (C&I) organization with a growing list of brand name customers in a variety of industries.

Overview

Our Senior Analysts participate in daily research and back-office work that is critical to the success of the RiskRecon organization. Senior Analysts use specialized platforms and procedures to prepare work, research and build cyber security profiles and ensure timely report publishing for companies all over the world. The position is responsible for leading a team of quality assurance Analysts and executing on processes to ensure quality as Operations Analysts fulfill customer requests. The position is required to communicate effectively and provide reporting and regular updates to internal and external stakeholders.

Role

In this role, you will:

  • Lead the Quality Assurance team (consisting of onshore and offshore Analysts) to ensure:
  • data accuracy; the best product is delivered to our customers
  • complete and accurate documentation is developed, available and followed
  • consistency in quality assurance processes
  • Analyst productivity levels are met
  • sufficient quality assurance coverage across all Analysts and the different categories of work performed
  • Ensure data quality by reviewing work from Operations Analysts and QA Analysts
  • Provide feedback for accepted and rejected work management tickets
  • Lead training sessions to improve data quality and accuracy
  • Research company ownership and perform quality checks for on-boarding and maintenance
  • Identify and make decisions on owned company subsidiaries, domains, netblocks and security incidents
  • Interface with technology tools to ensure cyber profiles are scanned, normalized and published to the RiskRecon and customer portals within defined service level targets
  • Contribute to various internal social communication channels to help and provide direction to others
  • Share product ideas that will improve Analyst productivity and quality, and identify ways to enable product growth and scale

  • Experience using standard work management software tools
  • Ability to work independently and with an internal community
  • Efficient at making high volume decisions based on evidence provided and through individual research
