This includes working together in the office on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays, and choosing to work where one works best on Mondays and Fridays. This broad universal approach applies to most roles globally with a few exceptions that require more or less time in the office. As a Senior Associate in Client Communities, you’ll be part of a team working to inspire the way our clients (and the people, companies and causes they support all around the world) invest for the better.

Deliver impeccable client experiences across collaborators, teams, channels and offices

Partner with Regional Directors in supporting multiple groups and communities:
-
Plan, project manage and co-run individual client groups
-
Interact with clients on complex investment and practice management topics
-
Travel with Regional Directors and develop strong business and personal relationships with clients
-
Field questions, queries and ad-hoc requests and inquiries from internal stakeholders and clients
-
Enter and track CRM data for Communities-led events; collaborate across the Global Client Group to ensure data integrity across communities globally
-
Analyze and drive business insights using tools such as Power BI to inform strategy
-
Mentor and develop Analysts and Associates
-
Develop a robust understanding of the advisor industry and related business practices
-
Learn to facilitate and lead groups and communities
-
Learn to design and implement facilitation plans across an array of communities and investment and business topics
What you’ll bring to Client Communities
-
Outstanding interpersonal skills and off-the-charts empathy
-
Keen attention to detail and solid quantitative problem-solving skills
-
Excellent verbal and written communication skills – crisp, polished and professional
-
Hands-on experience with:
-
Helping facilitate in-person meetings and interactions
-
Preparing and running advanced Zoom meetings including: polls, breakouts and troubleshooting
-
4+ of experience in interacting regularly with Financial Advisor and/or Institutional clients
-
Master’s degree preferred; Series 7 and 65 licenses or equivalent
