About the Role
The Customer Intelligence team at SecurityScorecard Inc. plays a crucial role in accelerating the business and guiding strategic decisions through data insights. Building effective reporting resources, crafting effective intelligent benchmarks, understanding performance, caring about data quality, enabling automation, and creating phenomenal visualizations are things that drive you.
We are looking for a business analyst that is passionate about analytics and converting data-driven insights into actionable value-driven results to support our Customer Success and Professional Services teams.
About You
You are an experienced analyst with a proven ability to draw conclusions from large data sets and communicate their findings to appropriate stakeholders. You are passionate about data, and have experience addressing key business questions by using technical skills. You have an inquisitive mindset, with proven problem-solving ability, and a passion for big data.
