QUALIFICATIONS:

Required:

· Bachelor’s degree in Business or Accounting OR

· High School diploma with a minimum of five (5) years of public procurement experience

​Preferred:

• TASBO Certification

Special Knowledge & Skills

· Knowledge of Policy and Administrator’s Reference Manual (ARM) as it pertains to the National School Lunch Program

· Knowledge of Texas, federal procurement law, and TEA Purchasing

· Knowledge of the Module of the Financial Accountability System Resources Guide

· Proficient keyboarding and file maintenance skills

· Ability to use software to develop spreadsheets, databases, and do word processing

· Effective organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
