The Senior Manager, Total Rewards will lead DailyPay's compensation and benefits strategy, design, and administration for the DailyPay workforce ensuring our total rewards package drives a culture of engagement.
This person will provide strategic consultative guidance, analysis, and support related to total compensation at all levels, including executive pay, to meet the global needs of the business.
This person will be involved in analyzing funding model scenarios, bonus and salary projections, planning budgets, compensation planning, reconciliations, and delivery of market trends analysis and reporting. Alongside the analysis and maintenance of current and future compensation and benefits offerings, you will also be responsible for ensuring fair and equitable compensation practices across the company, inclusive of monetary compensation, traditional and voluntary benefits, wellness programs and more, for our US and international populations.
