The Role:

The Senior Manager, Total Rewards will lead DailyPay's compensation and benefits strategy, design, and administration for the DailyPay workforce ensuring our total rewards package drives a culture of engagement.

This person will provide strategic consultative guidance, analysis, and support related to total compensation at all levels, including executive pay, to meet the global needs of the business.

This person will be involved in analyzing funding model scenarios, bonus and salary projections, planning budgets, compensation planning, reconciliations, and delivery of market trends analysis and reporting. Alongside the analysis and maintenance of current and future compensation and benefits offerings, you will also be responsible for ensuring fair and equitable compensation practices across the company, inclusive of monetary compensation, traditional and voluntary benefits, wellness programs and more, for our US and international populations.

How You Will Make an Impact:

  • Accountable for the successful end to end global delivery of compensation and benefits programs, ensuring operational excellence and an optimal employee experience
  • Ensure accurate, fair and equitable compensation, including salaries, bonuses, equity across the business
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness and appropriateness of Total Rewards programs and practices
  • Lead the annual Total Compensation Planning cycles, including the development of guidelines, review of recommendations to ensure compliance with guidelines, and consolidation and analysis of recommendations for senior management consideration
  • Benchmark jobs and practices to external market surveys
  • Analyze data from external and internal sources to prepare competitive intelligence summaries and compensation strategy recommendations to business leaders as needed
  • Oversee and drive the job evaluation processes including review of new and existing job descriptions and level to appropriate grade and job-leveling compliance

What You Bring to The Team:

  • 5+ years of progressive compensation experience preferably within the financial services industry
  • Proven deep understanding of total compensation including base pay and variable pay programs
  • Demonstrated experience designing, developing, analyzing, and implementing a variety of compensation plans and structures, including salary structures and incentive pay programs
  • Executive and Sales Compensation experience a plus
  • Proven track record overseeing administration of Total Rewards programs while leveraging technology for continuous improvement in administration of programs
  • Ability to work independently and interact with all levels of management in a professional manner
  • Keen understanding of Microsoft Office and Google Suite

Nice to Haves:

  • Experience in managing Compensation or total reward programs and vendors a plus

Pay Transparency

Final offer amounts are determined by a variety of factors including candidate experience, qualifications, skills, competencies, market location, and internal compensation equity.

Compensation Range

$138,600—$188,300 USD
