The Channel Partnerships Team is responsible for exploring new revenue and product opportunities for DailyPay. We partner with companies in a wide range of industries such as: Human Capital Management, Workforce Management Solutions, Banks, Benefits, Brokers, Talent Acquisition to list a few. The team focuses on developing opportunities to monetize our product and services in addition to generating lead opportunities for our sales team. The Partnerships team also focuses on integration opportunities for DailyPay. These integrations enhance the end company and user experience by reducing implementation friction and time to launch due to direct product integrations we develop.
As a Director of Channel Partnership Management, you will work closely with DailyPay's leadership team to identify key strategic partnership opportunities that benefit DailyPay from a sales, product, and implementation standpoint. You will build an internal business case and work with key leaders in Product, Marketing and Sales to move these initiatives forward. You will also manage the contract negotiations with our partners' executive team, and our internal legal, compliance, sales, marketing and account management teams. Post contract execution, you will ensure that DailyPay forms deep relationships with our partners. You will be in charge of setting the partnership strategy and ensuring the team works toward those goals.
Additionally, you will supervise the work of Partner Managers, and colleagues from the Go to Market and Technology Integration teams that serve your Channel Partners. Together, you will drive demand generation, sales, and co-marketing opportunities. Partner Managers engage our existing channel partner's sales organization to drive sales opportunities for DailyPay. You will lead all aspects of all of the ongoing relationship between DailyPay and our partner's sales leadership and executive teams. You will ensure that the team is continuously trained and educated on how to speak about DailyPay as the market, competitive landscape and product changes.

The target base salary range for this position is $121,100 to $179,300 per year. Final offer amounts are determined by a variety of factors including candidate experience, qualifications, skills, competencies, market location, and internal compensation equity.
