About the Role:
We are looking for an energetic, results-obsessed Senior Manager, Demand Generation with exceptional leadership and communication skills. This role will be integral to the design, execution, and measurement of marketing campaigns and programs to reach targets, driving pipeline and conversion across target industries and regions.
In this highly collaborative role, you will partner closely with colleagues across Marketing and Sales, developing and implementing scalable marketing programs across all funnel stages to attract, engage, and convert new prospects into qualified sales opportunities.
As Senior Manager, Demand Generation, you are able to identify and understand buyer behavior, strategize and generate campaign ideas, and execute programs with agility, all while leading a small but mighty team of marketing professionals. You are passionate about demand generation and demonstrate a proven ability to identify opportunities, deliver effective strategies, and generate results. You are experienced in integrated marketing planning, channel strategy and optimization, and vendor management.
- 5-7+ years in a similar role, preferably in high-growth B2B SaaS and technology. Bonus points for B2B SaaS experience in the Financial Services industry!
- Results-oriented and curious individual with strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
- Solid understanding of marketing funnel tactics, channel optimization, and metrics by stage
- Demonstrated project management and collaboration skills with the ability to multitask, prioritize and communicate within the team and with key stakeholders
- Knowledge and hands-on experience with marketing and sales automation tools, including Marketo, Salesforce, and Outreach is a must
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate with all levels of an organization comfortably
- Experience leading and coaching team members
- Experience working closely with a sales organization

- Enjoys working with and across key marketing functions to ensure holistic campaign assembly - Product and Solution Marketing, Customer Marketing, Field Marketing, Digital Marketing, Marketing Ops, Content Marketing, etc.
What You'll Do:
- Establish effective cross-functional working relationships with marketing and sales to execute end-to-end marketing demand generation programs that accurately highlight the value and differentiation of our solutions
- Develop and maintain marketing strategies designed to meet business objectives, addressing each stage of the buyer's journey in collaboration with key stakeholders across teams
- Identify targeted segments for personalized acquisition, nurturing, and engagement, accelerating cycle times and improving conversion rates throughout the funnel
- Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across channels including sponsored programs, email, webinars, content syndication, chat, and more, coordinating efforts with digital marketing, SEO, and content teams. The ability to speak to how these channels work together is very important
- Set program goals that help us reach our team-owned targets and deliver efficient ROI, continually evaluating results to refine strategy, sharing insights with other marketing teams
- Support and understand market/buyer research and collaborate with stakeholders to identify and act upon trends, insights, and other opportunities to grow and optimize campaigns
- Demonstrate agility by collaborating with marketing, and necessary stakeholders outside of the department, to build and launch opportunistic or reactive marketing campaigns when required
- Lead and develop small team of marketing professionals as a player/coach, setting strategic vision and supporting professional development and growth
- Inform and support content creation for demand generation initiatives
- Manage campaign planning, budgeting, reporting, and priorities; recommend and implement process, workflow, and campaign changes
- Regularly work with vendors to build relationships, negotiate contracts, improve results, and evaluate opportunities
- Partner with Customer Marketing and Partner Marketing to drive a bigger impact from all campaign efforts, including partner, upsell, and expansion campaigns

Base Compensation Range*: $125,000 - $150,000
Additional Components: You may also be offered a performance-based bonus, equity, and a generous benefits program.
- For base compensation, we set standard ranges for all US-based roles based on function, level and geographic location, benchmarked against similar stage growth companies and internal comparables. In order to be compliant with local legislation, as well as to provide greater transparency to candidates, we share salary ranges on all job postings regardless of desired hiring location. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including geographic location as well as candidate experience/expertise and may vary from the amounts listed above.
