About You
You have a passion for developing and executing marketing campaigns that drive measurable demand in the market.. You understand that content might be king, but distribution is queen, and she wears the pants. You love to roll up your sleeves with new content, community and events campaigns and figure out ways to make them world-class. You love driving results through creative promotional tactics, collaboration with partners, empowering our sales and customers teams, and working with the rest of the demand marketing team to promote programs via channels like 3rd party media, emails and in-house ads. You get excited about examining existing processes and optimizing them for scale. About the Role
The Senior Demand Programs Manager will report to the Head of Demand Generation and be a key member of the team, responsible for project-managing and executing initiatives to drive demand for Lattice. This individual will be responsible for creating and executing demand programs that drive best-in-class growth for Lattice, and will be responsible for everything from strategy and ideation, to execution and cross-functional project management. Examples include but are not limited to content launches, event promotions, cross functional integrated campaigns, community initiatives, and product launches. Your creativity and ability to design programs that drive business impact will be a critical growth driver for the company.
You’ll work closely with other key stakeholders across demand generation, digital demand, lifecycle marketing, marketing operations, sales, events, content & community, product marketing, design, and analytics to make sure our programs are well-aligned with broader go-to-market initiatives.
Last but perhaps most importantly, you’ll have the support of a world-class executive team as well as be able to work with a world-class revenue team.
Core Responsibilities
Work with key marketing & sales stakeholders to develop a campaigns strategy that will allow us to realize our ambitious goals in 2022 and beyond.
Drive top of funnel growth through 3rd party channels and media programs. This role will inherit budget and ownership of a nascent 3rd party media program, where you’ll drive top of funnel brand awareness and leads leveraging campaigns such as out of home, radio, 3rd party email blasts, and media programs.
Create, plan and project-manage world-class integrated demand programs in support of key initiatives across the Lattice marketing calendar. Work with the content, community, events and product marketing teams to ensure campaign objectives are met. Work with the rest of the demand generation team, as well as design and development teams to ensure campaign strategies are executed upon meticulously.
Work with the lead lifecycle team to ensure leads are nurtured pre/post engagement and have a path to becoming pipeline prospects down the road.
Work with sales leadership to ensure reps have the information, tools and training they need to be successful on following up with leads from various campaigns.
Measurement is key to everything we do. Work with the marketing operations & analytics teams to ensure we have proper visibility on all demand programs, and establish a regular communication cadence of metrics with leadership.
Qualifications
4+ years working in demand, marketing programs, or marketing operations (campaign execution) roles. The candidate should be able to quickly develop a deep understanding of our B2B HR buyer, and formulate strategies that attract and convert them.
Excellent project management, organizational, and multitasking skills. There’ll be many initiatives going on at once & you’ll be responsible for working cross-functionally to make sure important projects are completed on time and executed at a high standard. We’re looking for a team player who’ll fit in well with a high-performing team!
Must be a proactive & great communicator up, down, and laterally. The sales team is our ultimate customer, so you’ve had experience interfacing with sales leadership and can communicate with them to align on goals and carry out program execution. Excellent written & oral communication skills are important as well for working cross-functionally within the broader marketing team.

Strong analytical skills, but also a good intuitive sense in the absence of data. You’ll have access to large datasets from sources like Marketo, Salesforce, Demandbase, Google Analytics, Looker and more.
Never satisfied - there is always something else to tweak and optimize. We should always be striving to test new promotional tactics / processes that have a chance to optimize our current motion.
Expertise with Marketing Automation platforms (Marketo preferred) highly preferred. Expert use of project management tools like Asana, JIRA and Basecamp a plus. Proficiency with ABM tools such as Demandbase/Engagio, 6Sense, Sendoso, Terminus a nice to have. Experience with 3rd party intent and contact data providers like Zoominfo/DiscoverOrg, Bombora, Madison Logic, etc. a plus as well.
