PAS business portfolio is growing 23% YoY. We are building depth with key strategic accounts and continuing to build our prospective research portfolio. We need to ensure customer success and retention by demonstrating ROI and value for the services we provide. This position will play a key role in streamlining the focus of customer relations at the account-level through a single role, solely accountable for customer success especially in large scale Improvement Science, Observational and Clinical Trial Research.
This role will draw from the candidate’s deep industry and customer success expertise to ensure high-value study/program delivery.
This role is responsible for developing processes, reporting, presentation materials, and messaging to elevate study/program metrics and inform PAS customers of the value of services provided and ensure study/program deliverables meet customer needs.
This role will work cross-functionally across teams within the PAS business unit on a variety of study/program types, and requires strong leadership and accountability to engage with internal and external senior leadership to drive and direct business objectives.
  • People leadership experience with ability to collaborate across multiple segments of the business
  • Be viewed as a leader by all stakeholders involved in the program – maintain executive presence
  • Work as a facilitator, leading face-to-face meetings with Client staff, Key Organizational Leaders, Premier staff, and Hospital staff.
  • Work with business development personnel to identify other opportunities within account.
  • Suggest and advance innovative solutions to drive value for clients
  • Healthcare consulting
  • Deep understanding of health system quality outcomes, population health, and research programs
  • Ability to work in matrix environment

What we're looking for:

Required Qualifications
Work Experience:
Years of Applicable Experience - 10 or more years
Skills & Experience:
Account Management, Client Management, Performance Consulting
Education:
Bachelors (Required)

Relevant Experience to include:
  • 10+ yrs. Applicable experience
  • Performance Improvement Consulting experience
  • Account management experience leading large health systems
  • Client/Account Management experience
  • Business Intelligence
  • Sales experience
  • Health System Leadership
Education:
Master’s Degree preferred.

Premier’s compensation philosophy is to ensure that compensation is reasonable, equitable, and competitive in order to attract and retain talented and highly skilled employees. Premier’s internal salary range for this role is $125,000 - $231,000. Final salary is dependent upon several market factors including, but not limited to, departmental budgets, internal equity, education, unique skills/experience, and geographic location. Premier utilizes a wide-range salary structure to allow base salary flexibility within our ranges.
