Job Description
  • Coordinates sales forecasting, planning, and budgeting processes used within the sales organization
  • Proactively monitors and strives to maintain high levels of quality, accuracy, and process consistency in the sales organization’s planning efforts
  • As needed, coordinates planning activities with other functions and stakeholders within the firm
  • Develops operational planning including quota/ target assignment, account assignment, territory creation, and headcount planning
  • Proactively identifies opportunities for sales process improvement
  • Develops key performance metrics to measure the activities that have the most significant impact on sales productivity
  • Work closely with sales management to inspect sales process quality, identify and prioritize opportunities for improvement; assist with understanding process bottlenecks and inconsistencies and facilitate continuous process improvement
  • Monitors the accuracy and efficient distribution of sales reports and other intelligence essential to the sales organization
  • Implements enabling technologies, including CRM, to field sales team and monitors the assigned sales organization’s compliance with required standards for maintaining CRM data
  • Provides assistance and input in the development and administration of sales training and incentive compensation programs
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications
  • 12+ years of experience in sales operations management or a combination of education and experience
  • Deep expertise on sales automation and CRM systems
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Ability to analyze complex information and data, translating these findings into actionable deliverables and strategies
  • Proficient in business intelligence and reporting tools

Education, Certification and Licenses:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or relevant field
  • Post-Graduate degree (preferred)
