- Design board-level solutions consisting of high speed (GHz) and low-noise front end analog circuitry of transmitting, receiver, transceiver and transimpedance amplifier & ADC w/high-speed LVDS, SPI and high-precision clocking & PLL, etc

Responsible for the design, starting with concept and architecture followed by schematic design and layout with OrCAD and Allegro, and able to run circuitry simulation w/ PSPICE or other simulation tools

Manage and follow through the PCB fabrication and assembly process (including the component kitting) with the assembly house

Responsible for electronics prototype bring-up, test, debug (e.g.: noise, signal integrity, etc) and integration.

Develop electrical test fixture and bench setup to enable reliable testing capability and pass/fail criteria and process

Work w/ Manufacturing & suppliers to support volume production ramp and PCB process quality control

Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or related disciplines with 3-5 years of working experience in high-speed analog board-level design, containing high-speed transceiver and ADC. OR A master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related disciplines with 1-3 years of working experience.

Must be proficient in using all necessary Test & Measurement tools (e.g.: o-scope, function generator, spectrum analyzer, etc) and techniques at or above 1 GHz.

Has Experience with analog front end ASIC development cycle is a big plus but not necessary.

Has strong analytical skills and problem-solving ability, able to provide technical leadership as needed.

The pay range for this role is $160,000 to $200,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor. The total compensation package for this position may also include an annual performance bonus, stock, benefits and/or other applicable incentive compensation plans.
