Overview:
East West Bank is currently seeking a Senior Employee Services Specialist. This position will be responsible for processing employee’s life-cycle transactions, provide administrative and technical support related to employee benefits and responding to HR inquiries from associates.
Responsibilities:
- Own new hire onboarding; including composing welcome emails, data entry into HRIS system with a high degree of accuracy, and submitting applicable employee information

Manage employee files and uploading new hire documentation while ensuring compliance

Assist in offboarding process including preparing packet and notifying other business units of the separation in a timely manner

Process the monthly insurance billing and confirms timely and accurate payments

Explain, interpret, and answer questions regarding medical, dental, vision, disability, life, flexible spending plans, 401(k), health savings program, COBRA, HRIS, workers’ compensation, ADA, and/or FMLA to employees

Monitors various HR inboxes and respond to inquiries and escalates to the appropriate team Provide support to associates by responding to questions quickly and with a friendly and helpful approach

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree preferred and 3-5 years of HR related experience

Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal and customer service skills a must

Ability to work on multiple concurrent tasks, with constant interruptions, and have the ability to work with no supervision while performing duties

Excellent organizational and time management skills to ensure maximum productivity

Impeccable integrity, excellent judgment, and sensitivity to confidential information are essential

Demonstrated ability to drive processes and to deliver high quality HR services

Experience working with iCIMS or UKG Pro preferred

Advanced skills in MS Office including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Compensation: The base pay range for this position is USD $27.00/Hr. - USD $37.00/Hr. Exact offers will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
