THE ROLE: 

We are looking for a Senior Financial Analyst/Financial Analyst that will help us with our mission to empower healthcare professionals to find their dream job. This position is remote. As the first FP&A analyst, you will have the opportunity to grow with the company as the FP&A team continues to grow and mature. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to transition to tech, or someone looking to make an outsized impact at a growing start-up.

• Support FP&A manager on budgeting/forecasting, financial reporting, headcount management, and analysis of key financial metrics.
• Assist in developing, updating, and socializing our financial model and forecast
• Partner with the IAC accounting team to perform month-end close activities and help drive process improvements and efficiencies in the close process
• Manage the month end accrual process
• Lead vendor management and account payable process including executive follow ups for invoice approvals
• Develop ad-hoc reports and analysis to support strategic planning as needed

THE TEAM:

You will report to the FP&A Manager. You will work with the FP&A Manager and FP&A team of our parent company (IAC) on forecasting and reporting of our financials on a monthly basis. You will also partner closely with the executive team to identify and implement new opportunities and solutions to help ensure Vivian Health reaches its ambitious goals.

THE REQUIRED SKILL SET: 

• 0 to 2+ years professional experience in corporate finance, business strategy, investment banking, consulting, or other analytical role
• Bachelor's degree in a related field 
• Knowledge of FP&A best practices, including headcount planning, driver-based modeling, budgeting, and forecasting
• Experience building financial models
• Exceptional planning, problem-solving, and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and own process development, while also being able to collaborate with other departments as needed.
• Strong Excel and/or Google Sheets knowledge 

THE NICE TO HAVES: 

• High growth startup and/or marketplace experience a plus
• Experience working with Hyperion finance, COR, Excel, Google Sheets
• Experience with vendor management

THE SALARY, BENEFITS & PERKS:

The range for this position is $60,000 - $90,000 yearly salary, dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience, education, and skills. This range is based on a full-time schedule.
