Job Summary: This is a strategic position responsible for designing and leading the implementation of health, safety and security learning and development at the individual, team, and organizational levels. As part of the Health, Safety and Security Unit (HSSU), the Senior for Advisor HSS Learning and Development will oversee capacity building in health, safety and security and incident/crisis response preparedness to improve organizational resilience, map training and readiness needs, develop and implement frameworks, processes and tools and develop and deliver solutions to support CRS’ agility and responsiveness for program delivery.
