Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team in Northville, United States. As a Housekeeper, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our residents and guests.
- Perform general cleaning duties in resident apartments, hallways, and common areas
- Prepare empty apartments for new resident move-ins
- Respond promptly to resident and guest needs and requests
- Assist in addressing resident emergencies when required
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Follow proper safety protocols and use cleaning products appropriately
- Collaborate with team members to ensure all areas are properly maintained
- Report any maintenance issues or safety concerns to the appropriate personnel
- Contribute to a positive and professional atmosphere for residents, visitors, and co-workers
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – we provide comprehensive training
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Ability to make independent decisions and solve practical problems
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and perform cleaning tasks for extended periods
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and resident needs
- Time management skills to efficiently complete assigned tasks
- Knowledge of cleaning products and techniques (preferred but not required)
- Positive and friendly demeanor toward residents, guests, and team members
- Willingness to learn and grow in the role
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
