- Collaborate across the People team (Benefits, Compensation, Recruiting, etc.) to ensure that Flatiron’s perks, programs and processes support all of our diverse employees around the globe.
- Partner with our Office Ops team on the physical Flatiron office spaces to ensure they support participation and engagement of our remote and in-office employees, and hybrid collaboration.
- Design and implement a scalable process for conducting “engagement interviews” to ensure we are retaining our top talent. Leverage this data to inform which big bets we can take to remain a best-in-class employer of choice.
- Serve as a member of Flatiron’s Return to Office cross-functional working group to ensure that all employees have a great experience regardless of where they work as the office reopens.
