Senior Manager, Growth Marketing

Sollis Health is hiring a Senior Manager of Growth Marketing to own our omnichannel acquisition efforts, including SEO + SEM optimization, paid social and paid search strategy and execution, as well as other ancillary growth channel testing and optimization. Reporting into the Sr. Director of Marketing, this role will drive strategy and execution across our media channels to optimize performance and hit aggressive growth benchmarks as we scale in 2023. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of performance marketing and acquisition KPIs, has a highly analytical and technical skillset, and thrives in a fast-moving, rapidly evolving organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Own the strategy, execution, and performance KPIs across all growth channels including Paid Search, Paid Social, SEO, Web, etc.
  • Manage the Growth Marketing team's performance as well as agency performance and management
  • Lead budgeting, monthly forecasting, and budget oversight/management to scale for growth while maintaining a healthy CAC
  • Own website performance optimizations alongside Sr. Director of Marketing and with support of Growth Marketing Manager; advise on performance-related content across owned, earned, and paid channels
  • Own performance reporting across BI tools and platforms
  • Collaborate cross functionally between brand, membership, and go-to-market teams to drive process improvement and best practices across creative pipeline and messaging strategy
  • Work closely with Membership to understand the customer's journey from awareness to conversion and leverage insights to unlock new growth and conversion opportunities
  • Ongoing review of comp set digital efforts to maintain market pulse
  • Performs related duties as required

Experience:

We believe extraordinary people come from a variety of backgrounds, but ideally we would expect that you have:


  • 5+ years digital marketing experiences across paid search, paid social and SEO required
  • Expertise in Facebook and AdWords media buying, targeting and optimization - hands-on experience running campaigns a plus
  • Growth oriented mindset - highly quantitative, analytical and a technical self-starter
  • Deep understanding of A/B and optimization testing
  • Experience managing performance agencies required
  • Passionate about marketing and marketing tech - up to date on industry trends and technology
  • Experience in membership-based model, startup experience a plus
  • Extremely organized, detail oriented and adaptable to a fast-paced climate

Range: $100,000-$140,000

This is the anticipated rate/range Sollis Health reasonably expects to pay candidates for this position remotely. The final pay offered to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to the type and years of experience within the job, the type of years and experience within the industry, education, etc.

Provided they meet all eligibility requirement under the applicable plan documents, employees (and their families) will be offered various plans to select from medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance. Employees also will be able to enroll in our company's 401k plan, receive a free Sollis Health membership for themselves and eligible family members. Employees will also receive unlimited PTO, as well as up to 72 hours of paid sick leave per year, accruing 1 hour of sick time accrued for every 30 hours worked. Employees will also enjoy 12 paid holidays throughout the calendar year. 12 weeks fully paid maternity and 6 weeks fully paid secondary caregiver of paid parental leave will also be available for use after successful completion of 26 weeks of employment. Receive up to $1,000 of professional development spend each year. Eligibility requirements for these benefits will be controlled by applicable plan documents.
