The aim of our Population Health Business Unit is to deliver a software platform product offering that extends Evidation's population measurement and engagement capabilities to other B2B Customers with a custom-branded experience.

We are looking for a Senior Manager of Program and Project Delivery to lead complex and business-critical programs and guide delivery teams in their successful execution. You will be a part of a growing team that has high visibility and impact within Evidation and one that is pivotal to our continued growth. As a Senior Manager of Program and Project Delivery, you will develop high trust relationships with our clients by understanding their business needs and industry, oversee delivery work that marries our clients needs with Evidation's capabilities, and bring rigor and creativity to cross-functional planning and coordination, budgeting, resourcing, and scope management processes.

DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES

  • Be responsible for the successful delivery of programs, while upholding quality standards and requirements throughout the program lifecycle
  • Deliver results for Evidation customers through effective communication, implementation strategy development, and complex project management (includes scope development, timelines and milestone management; resource and budget planning and management; and risk identification/mitigation)
  • Lead and participate in creative problem solving in situations with ambiguity to promote progress towards deployments in a timely manner.
  • Serve as the central point of contact for all program communication, internally and externally. Build high trust relationships with program stakeholders with the goal to maximize the value to both our customers and the business. Be the trusted advisor to our key customers and be the voice of our internal teams' needs and progress.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and other stakeholders to ensure that each phase of the program lifecycle (platform configuration, verification, launch and execution, and overall program governance) is properly coordinated across internal delivery teams.
  • Identify ways customers derive further value from Evidation technology and services

SUMMARY OF REQUIREMENTS

  • 7+ years of project/account management, customer success, client engagement, or consulting experience in healthcare
  • Direct experience working in SaaS deployment and / or software development
  • Mastery of project management skills and tools
  • Extensive experience in and a successful track record of working in client-facing roles
  • Experience interfacing with Director level and above in internal and external organizations to build strong relationships and influence decisions
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Strong team player with proven ability to lead through influence
  • Experience developing and deploying new processes for effective scaling
  • Experience in fast-paced health technology environment including digital health, pharmaceuticals, and healthcare SaaS
  • Knowledge of clinical trials and compliance requirements

The US base hiring range for this full-time position is $100,895 to $131,700/yr + bonus + equity + benefits. The actual starting pay will be based on job-related factors, including work location, experience, training, and skill level, so pay for this role may be higher or lower than what is shown on this posting.
