Overview
The Sr. Manager of Therapy Operations reports directly to the VP of Clinical Services and works closely with the Director of Clinical Services. The Sr. Manager is responsible for scaling operational and clinical processes to create efficiency and meet business needs within the growing organization. The Sr. Manager is also responsible for tracking key operational metrics to support the delivery of therapy service at AbleTo, as well as implementing sustainable change when gaps or needs are identified.
The ideal candidate has strong operational skills which include implementing complex operational processes from inception to evaluation, and tracking key operational metrics toward the success of the department. The ideal candidate understands the importance of data in decision making, and has the skills to conduct analysis and build deliverables that can convince key stakeholders to take action. The ideal candidate has a strong ability to work effectively with cross-departmental stakeholders, and is passionate about maintaining high quality participant care and a satisfactory provider experience.
What You'll Do:
Scope, design, and implement process improvements and strategic initiatives for therapy delivery and provider experience in a cross-functional, fast-paced environment
Own monitoring of key operational and performance metrics for the therapy service delivery department, and present gaps, need and findings to stakeholders and leadership
Partner with data and product teams to develop tools that enhance the delivery of therapy services and the experience of the AbleTo provider community
Lead distinct strategic cross-functional projects by owning the project scope, driving a fast-paced timeline, and managing stakeholder relationships
Estimate financial impact of making operational changes and present recommendations to stakeholders and leadership
Contribute to additional projects related to company strategy and growth; to be determined through discussion with clinical leaders
Who You Are:
Bachelor's degree in a business, financial or analytical discipline; MBA preferred
5+ years of work experience in or across management consulting, business operations at a high growth startup, investment banking, data analytics, or product management
You have experience working in the healthcare industry (payers and/or providers); experience in behavioral health care is a plus!
You are passionate about reducing barriers to mental health care access nationwide
You have experience working with executive level stakeholders
You have strong operational expertise including implementing, evaluating and scaling complex operational processes
You use data to uncover new insights, opportunities and make decisions
You have the ability to plan, execute, evaluate results and improve on a continual basis
You thrive in team environments demonstrating collaborative communication skills and engagement
You are accepting of feedback and open to guidance from others
You have the ability to work independently and take initiative
You have high energy and positive ambition to grow within the role, and are excited about being part of a high growth, innovative organization

The salary range for this role is $80,000 to $130,000. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, AbleTo offers benefits such as a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
