WHO WE NEED

We're looking for a Senior Marketing Automation Specialist to join our team.

WHO YOU ARE

We are looking for someone with a solid, foundational experience of marketing automation and technology to be responsible for the day-to-day use of Personify's marketing tech stack to support revenue growth. This person will be a total technology nerd who enjoys:

• Being viewed as a marketing and sales technology expert using the latest tools
• Using your smarts and expertise to support marketing campaigns of all types
• Enhancing marketing technology, finding ways to optimize and scale their use
• Being relied upon for ensuring that complex systems are running like a well-oiled machine

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

• Support all aspects of campaign set-up and lead generation processes including: program creation, email deployments, lead nurturing setup, list uploads and maintenance, lead management
• Optimize and leverage the way we use Marketo, Drift, Asana, and more
• Identify opportunities to grow our marketing tech stack
• Act as the first line of defense for troubleshooting automation issues
• Work with Marketing Operations Analyst to structure Marketo in a way that will allow for clear, seamless reporting
• Support the development, execution and tracking of testing strategies to optimize marketing tactics and campaigns
• Assist with integration efforts of new acquisitions on marketing channels and platforms
• Manage the marketing calendar with cross-functional teams within marketing

WHAT YOU BRING

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, computer science, or equivalent experience
• 2+ years of experience using a marketing automation platform (Marketo preferred); certification is a plus!
• B2B marketing and/or marketing operations experience (SaaS experience preferred)
• Salesforce experience preferred
• Aptitude to grow into a role with even more responsibility and influence
• High degree of intellectual curiosity and a love for problem solving
• Highly collaborative communicator with a great track record of working across teams
• Ability to be very detail oriented, while understanding how your work affects the big picture
• Experience working on lead generation programs and campaigns
• Self-driven with a desire to experiment, fail, learn and grow
