This is a role to support the delivery of our electronic content management system. Key responsibilities include troubleshooting and testing production issues. Additionally working with stakeholders to understand process improvement workflow needs, capture requirements, develop & design, test, document, and implement. The role is to also be a secondary support for our online & mobile banking services. Key responsibilities include troubleshooting and testing issues, and working with the vendor to fix and implement new builds.
Track, troubleshoot, work with vendors, and reply to production issues reported by customer support, helpdesks, banking centers, and departments.
Identify, design, build, test, and implement new business workflow processes.
Track and manage customer feedback.
Collect and submit vendor management documents, such as meeting minutes, annual reviews, and invoices.
Review and update OnBase and OLB procedures and training.
Enterprise Description:
This role is responsible for the day-to-day resolution of complex problems and the research and execution of complex transactions for multiple sites or larger business unit(s). Key responsibilities of the role include leading the design, development and implementation of products, systems, processes and services using discretion within the project management methodologies, with a strong focus on continuous improvement.
Required:
Application testing experience including functionality and regression testing.
Strong self-starter with excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
Must be able to multi-task and work independently.
Desired:
Possess a working knowledge of MBOD products, services, and processes.
Previous system application support experience.
Project management experience.
Writing test scripts. Writing / reviewing procedures.
