We are seeking a Program Manager PMO to join our electric vehicle team at the Nissan North Americas Headquarters in Franklin, TN.

Job Summary

Provides program management support for assigned program initiatives towards maximizing NNA’s Profit and Presence through all levers (revenue, cost, quality, etc.). Analyzes and presents supporting data, tracks program performance and analyzes of program results while ensuring PDCA governance for holistic program management. Contributes to global COP (Consolidated Operating Profit) objectives, building brand value and achieving enduring profitable growth.

Minimum Qualifications

Job Knowledge & Skill:
Project Management: Provides necessary support and analysis to program managers, senior manager, and OPD (Overseas Program Director). Analyzes functional commitments affecting program profitability and market presence. Collects and selects data, conducts analysis, and presents conclusions. Provides data and information to support discussions and negotiations with product planning and vehicle engineering functions to propose life cycle plans to department management.
Analytic Aptitude/Business Acumen: Researches opportunities to improve program profitability. Reviews market-oriented data (i.e. vehicle specifications, retail price, destinations, sales volume, performance, and quality objectives, etc.) and cost data (i.e. material, direct labor, direct expense, D&D expense, manufacturing allocations, in-house investments, vendor tooling expense, common costs, sales expense, margin, etc.).
Negotiation/Influence: Able to negotiate in tough situations to deliver positive outcomes without damaging relationships.
Executive Presence: Excellent oral and written communication skills, able to build credibility among related functions by facilitating information sharing with key stakeholders to ensure timely and successful program milestones.

Experience:
At least 6+ years of related experience at a professional level; Program management or other related discipline is desired.
Background with Electric Vehicles is preferred.

Education:
Bachelor's degree in a related field. An Advanced degree in a related discipline is preferred.

Computer Skills:
Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, primarily Excel, and PowerPoint.
