CounterCraft is seeking a Senior Pre-sales Solutions Architect to serve as the technical arm of the sales account team. You will be responsible for all technical pre-sales activities within your assigned territory. The Senior Presales Solutions Architect is a key member of the customer-facing sales team having primary responsibility for providing pre-sales technical support for the CounterCraft Deception Technology platform. In addition to identifying key customer requirements and presenting the CounterCraft Deception Technology platform and use cases that meet the applicable requirements ensuring that the customer’s needs are being met.
