Senior Product Designer

Fans love Midnite because of all the epic ways to win. Unlike the alternatives out there, Midnite doesn’t feel like a website built 20 years ago. Our customers use our world-class sports, esports, and game wagering platform to interact with the games they care about. We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to embed within our Product team to build experiences that engage our users and achieve our mission of reimagining entertainment for fans.

As a product designer, you'll be involved with the full product development process from end-to-end, from brainstorming to launch. You'll use a balance of product, interaction, and visual design skills within the area of Midnite that you will end up building. Responsibilities

• Embed within a Product product squad and partner with engineers, product managers, and other designers to oversee the user experience of features from concept to launch — and then constantly continue to improve features
• Mix your visual, UX, and interaction design skills to design valuable features for our users
• Understand our goals and connect them with design decisions that can be articulated in individual or group settings
• Report to our growing Design team
• Foster a culture of design

Requirements

• Minimum of 5+ years experience designing and shipping a web/app product for a variety of devices and platforms
• Product thinking and vision. You're more concerned with the "why" than the "how"
• Excitement to dig into experiment data to help inform design iterations and whether something should ship
• A high level of craft
• Experience with Figma or Sketch
• Experience building design systems
• Interface animations know-how nice to have
• CSS, JavaScript, or React skills nice to have
