We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Product Manager for our Insights and Intelligence team as we elevate how demand marketers measure, explore and action program performance in the Demand Acceleration Platform. The Insights and Intelligence team’s charter is to provide a scalable and intuitive data platform and services that enable Integrate’s customers and partners to protect and optimize their investment in demand programs and marketing technology. In this role you’ll have the opportunity to drive enhancements in how our enterprise users report, digest and analyze data across B2B marketing programs.

Specifically, this role is responsible for creating personalized experiences within the Demand platform based on known marketing personas so that we improve adoption and retention of SaaS customers. Working together with teams of skilled data scientist and platform engineers, this person will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to understand how to best capture, visualize and distill insights and intelligence to provide focus and meaning for marketers in a customized way. The ideal candidate is someone who understands B2B marketing personas and is relentless in the pursuit of the best user experience. Previous experience as a PM with another SaaS marketing product is preferred.

You’ll be charged with listening to our customers/stakeholders and deeply understanding our business to consistently deliver value. You thrive in a work environment that requires excellent problem-solving skills and directional autonomy, coupled with exceptional team collaboration, facilitation, and communication skills.

You must be comfortable working in a fast-paced and innovative development environment embedded in a development team. We believe product management is a team sport, so you’ll be dedicated to delivering product value in constant collaboration with UXD and Engineering.


What You'll Do:

  • Develop a deep knowledge of the market, customers, and our products and be fully accountable for all product stages: New Product Evaluation, Discovery, Delivery, Outcomes and Go-to Market Programs.
  • Apply both creative and analytical approaches to any product challenge, leveraging both your team’s input and, most importantly, that of the user.
  • In alignment with company goals, develop, prioritize, and execute on an agreed upon roadmap.
  • Align product direction with product designers and engineering leads, setting the critical capabilities required to move the products forward in an Agile environment. Develop epics/product vision and ensure the user stories align to that strategic direction.
  • With product marketing, develop clear, consistent, and compelling value propositions and messaging that differentiates our products from competitors. Collaborate on go-to-market strategy and process across the organization to ensure readiness to sell and support new products and features.
  • Be outcome oriented, setting audacious OKRs and evaluating product metrics routinely to further shape future innovations.
  • Manage relationships with product team(s), design, engineering, product marketing, sales, strategic partners, customer success, and customers that use our products. We are a global company which means you will work with Engineering partners in both the US and India.

What You Offer:

  • 6+ years of demonstrated success in a product management role; ideally 4+ for a SaaS software product.
  • Preferred candidates will have experience working in highly matrixed environments with multiple, dependent software products in global locations.
  • Experience, or demonstrated knowledge of, B2B marketing concepts & technologies and/or CRM, MAP, CDP or Identity solutions is preferred.
  • Bias for action and the demonstrated ability to scope and deliver new customer experiences incrementally over time.
  • Experience delivering software in an agile development environment using continuous deployment techniques
  • Past experience with modern product discovery practices
  • Data – driven with the skills to use data to derive or validate hypotheses.
  • Financial Acumen to interpret and apply understanding of key financial indicators to make better business decisions
  • B.S./B.A. degree, preferably in computer science, computer engineering, or business
  • Travel up to 25% travel required

"The salary range is $140,000- $150,000. Pay is based on several factors, including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, Integrate offers benefits such as a comprehensive benefits package and incentive and recognition programs."
