Senior Product Manager, Distributed Data Platforms

Phreesia is seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Product Manager to lead the development and growth of our Platform Product Management team, focused on data platforms. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to build a robust data platform that will revolutionize the way healthcare professionals and patients interact. You will have the chance to lay the groundwork for mid-large scale Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence solutions, empowering healthcare professionals with cutting-edge technology. This role isn’t just about building products; it’s about building the foundation for transformative solutions.

What You’ll Do:

Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for our distributed storage systems.
Identify internal customer needs to inform product development and innovation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering and product development.
Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and stay up to date with emerging trends in distributed storage systems.
Develop pricing strategies, product positioning, and messaging that differentiates our products in the market.
Communicate product updates, progress, and results to stakeholders, including executives and the broader organization.
Work with customer support and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful product adoption.
Manage the full product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and post-launch analysis and iteration.
Continuously evaluate and optimize the product portfolio to ensure it meets business goals and customer needs.
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and speaking engagements.

What You’ll Bring:

7+ years of experience in product management, with at least 3 years in a senior or leadership role.
Expertise in distributed storage systems, including object storage, file systems, and block storage.
Demonstrated understanding of varying kinds of bulk data workloads and their impacts on storage systems, including AI/ML, Analytics, incremental change tracking, and others
Proven success in delivering high-quality, innovative products that meet customer needs and drive business growth.
Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Base pay for US is $155,000 - $173,700 USD, depending on qualifications. In addition, Phreesia also offers equity as part an attractive & comprehensive Total Rewards package.
