Omada Health is looking for an experienced product marketer to join our team. This individual must be a critical thinker, inspirational storyteller, and enthusiastic collaborator. Reporting to the Senior Director of Product Marketing, you will help differentiate and position our suite of products and clearly communicate our programs’ value to channel partners through a range of content.
As a skilled, cross-functional operator adept at influencing and consensus building across sales, consultant relations, and customer experience stakeholders, you will define the value proposition for target buyers, develop marketing strategies, create selling tools and external content, and enable the field. You are skilled at synthesizing customer feedback, surfacing insights from market research, articulating the needs of our channel partners and their selling process, and supporting sales and marketing efforts to stand out in an increasingly competitive market.

Below is a summary of salary ranges for this role in the following geographies:
California, New York State and Washington State Base Compensation Ranges: $179,000 - $224,000*, Colorado Base Compensation Ranges: $161,280 - $201,600*. Other states may vary.
This role is also eligible for participation in annual cash bonus and equity grants.
*The actual offer, including the compensation package, is determined based on multiple factors, such as the candidate's skills and experience, and other business considerations.
